Practise Scrum against an AI.
A small training app where an AI tutor puts situations in front of you, matched to your role. You answer, you learn, you get feedback. Not a course that runs for weeks — 10–20 minute stretches whenever they suit you.
A note on language: the current version is mainly in Finnish. An English version is on the way — for now the interface and prompts may move between Finnish and English depending on what you write.
01 · How it works
A situation, your answer, feedback.
You pick a role — Product Owner, Scrum Master or change agent — and the AI throws you a situation where someone is waiting for a decision or an answer from you. You write your answer in your own words, the tutor assesses it, and the game continues.
The situations are the same ones you meet at work: a stakeholder question, a conflict in the team, an uncomfortable compromise being proposed to the Product Owner. The scores tell you how your decisions look from a Scrum point of view. They don’t judge you — they challenge you.
At the end you can have a summary sent to your inbox: strengths, areas to develop, and three tips for what to do next.

03 · The cost
Free — even without your email.
You only need an email address if you want a summary of the session sent to your inbox, or to continue later from the same situation.
The app uses AI, and every conversation runs up token costs for us. I keep it free anyway: it has real teaching value, and asking for an email means it reaches genuine users, not spam bots.

04 · How this relates to the courses
A tool, not a replacement.
The app helps you think through situations you meet at work and test your own sense of direction safely. But AI doesn’t replace certified training, or what happens in the room when we work together on real teams’ real situations.
