Free tool · Scrum Card Game
Do you know Scrum as well as you think?
The classic Scrum Card Game, online. Read a statement, decide which category it belongs to — then flip the card to see the right answer and the reasoning behind it. A great conversation starter for a team, and a quick way to test your own understanding.

01 · How to use it
Alone or with your team.
On your own, it works like flashcards: guess the category, flip the card, read the reasoning. No sign-up, no email.
With a team, the real value is the conversation: put a statement on the screen, argue about which category it belongs to, and only then flip the card. The disagreements are where the learning happens — many “obvious” Scrum points turn out to be situational.
The decks are separate, each with its own categories. The Sprint Planning deck is built around a single situation: what would you do when there’s more work than fits into the Sprint?
02 · Where this leads
A taste of what the courses do.
This game is one of many exercises we use on Satori’s certified Scrum courses. On a course we take the same thinking into your own real situations — not just theory, but what happens in the room when we work through it together.
